The winters in Montana are bitter cold at times but they are also stunningly beautiful. Bozeman is surrounded by snow covered mountains and if you are lucky, you wake up to a fresh blanket of snow every morning. While I was home this winter, visiting my family, I was lucky enough to photograph my lovely sister. She was my original muse, when we lived together in college, always willing to take part in my photographic experimentations. She doesn’t model for me as often now but for this shoot we got to romp around in the knee-deep snow and take advantage of a perfectly sunny afternoon.
